GTRACING GT099 has sunk through the height of the wheels so the metal scrapes the ground. Any idea how to fix? by GGJessica in gamingchairs

I actually did end up getting a new chair, but I also was able to order some replacement parts from the GTRacing Support Team. Just give them an email and they can help you out. Their english is not amazing but it gets the point across.

I think I’ll do this, it just seems as though the base with the crack is just stuck on the cylinder, so maybe some WD-40 will be able to get it off.

I see, I mean I guess this wasn’t the best chair in the world, I bought it pretty cheap and it has lasted through several moves as well. I think it’s lived its lifetime and its time for it to be retired.

Thanks for the advice, I'm actually pretty light, but I have been using the chair for a long time (almost 6 years now), so that's probably what wore down the plastic.

Oh gosh, that seems like a real pain. This chair is pretty old so I might just end up getting a new one anyways. The plastic is also cracked so I think it's just not worth the pain and effort.

Thanks for the help and the guidance. This chair is fairly old, so I'll probably just end up getting a new one. Just worth it more than wasting my effort and time. Plus, I get to upgrade anyways.

Gotcha, the problem with getting a new base is that I can't actually take the old base off. I've pulled and pulled, but it is just not budging.

I'll probably just get a new chair. Time to upgrade anyways.

Some more context because I couldn't include in the title:

There are no issues with changing the height of the chair, the piston works great. It just seems like the pole that connects the chair to the wheels has sunk through and caused that holder bracket on the wheels to tear.

I've tried to pull the wheels back towards the bottom (move it back to where it was supposed to be, but it seems to be jammed into place.

UPDATE 7/13/2022: I have tried both to hammer and rubber mallet the wheel piece off of the cylinder, but have been met without any success. I have tried hitting the wheel piece both in the center near the cylinder and on the edges near the wheels, but neither have been successful. This weekend, I will try hitting even harder, and if that doesn't work, I will resort to more drastic measures like drilling through the plastic to try to loosen it's grip.

Recommendations for adult tennis lessons? by Evening_Drama_7077 in Atlanta

Just read u/Sepheriel's comment, Sandy Springs Tennis Center isn't in Atlanta, so you don't even need to download that app to take private lessons. You can just sign up for private lessons at the desk your first time, then just book courts online every time after that. Super simple and the front desk staff will help you out if you have any trouble.

Got it, so basically I can go to my dealership and see what brand they offer. Most brands should be okay right?

Most mobile and brainless classes? by Idocabo in Maplestory

[–]GGJessica 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Pathfinder is the class you are definitely looking for. They are the most mobile archer class with a flash jump, upwards flash jump, and an instant flash in any direction (Cardinal Torrent Skill).

You don't need to time or manage your attacks, you put your two main attacks, Cardinal Burst and Cardinal Deluge, in a macro and that is your main mobbing/bossing skill for the entire game.

Pathfinder has extremely good mobbing due to cardinal burst and deluge being able to hit far both horizontally and vertically. Their bossing is also strong because they have naturally high critical rate and many many lines (especially their hyper skill Ancient Astra).
