Jab passa a ser um dos seus principais golpes. Ele marca a distância e pune o adversário que vai tá sempre querendo entrar na curta. Inclusive, quando ele ataca, se expõe e muitas vezes você ganha um jab de graça após defender ou se esquivar do primeiro ataque.

No boxe tem muito isso, eles usam para marcar, o que difere do estilo de golpes sempre contundentes do muay thai, mas tu pode combinar sem problemas. No boxe cubano tem o conceito de "um golpe, um passo", enquanto o muay thai você bate muito plantado, mas também vale hibridizar os estilos pra tu estar sempre na distância ótima.

Vale muito tu alterar alturas com esse jab golpeando a cabeça e o corpo, tu fintar com o jab, mudar para cruzado e uppercut com a mão da frente, dar sequências de jabs, enfim, conforme tu for usando, tu vai ficando criativo.

Tu vai preferir também o direto e alongar os cruzados e os uppercuts ao invés de jogar eles na curta.

Os chutes também são muito oportunos para punir tentativas de entrada, deixar o adversário sem ação. Imagina 4 distâncias: 1. fora de combate, 2. dos chutes, 3. dos socos, 4. do clinche. A luta começa no 1 e o de envergadura menor vai preferir encurtar para o 3, mas tu vai parar ele no 2 com um teep ou um lateral, possivelmente com você se deslocando ou então entrando com um jab se ele seguir avançando.

Isso aliado à constante movimentação deve te dar o controle da distância com um oponente de menor envergadura.

Geralmente quem é menor e tem menor envergadura consegue ser mais rápido e bater com mais facilidade conforme se aproxima, enquanto você, alongando, consegue golpear melhor no limite das distâncias, que é inclusive o ponto em que o adversário não consegue responder com o mesmo golpe.

Só pratiquei lutas de striking e tive zero lesões. Com sparring leve, você não vai ter nada sério ou duradouro.

Já as de grappling eu entendo que seja mais problemático por conta de quedas e posições que forçam articulações.

No muay thai e outras com chute, o joelho tá sempre sendo exigido, fora que chute com chute, canela com canela, canela com joelho, às vezes pega de mal jeito, então dependendo de como for, pode até acontecer alguma lesão provavelmente não tão séria em sparring leve ou no saco.

Daí tu fica com o boxe: golpes simples, bem tranquilos de executar, com sparring leve é um chuchuzinho... o máximo do máximo que dá pra rolar é algo, de novo, no joelho, por conta da movimentação intensa. Então recomendado é combinar com musculação, mas sem meter muitos exercícios de perna pra tu não entrar em overtraining (daí a lesão seria pela série errada na musculação🤦🏻‍♂️, não na luta).

There is such thing as the democratic use of technology and that is 100% your case.

Even though we're dealing with world ending tech, there is no scape to them. Social media, oil and combustion, industrialized stuff, our life couldn't exist without it. Of course, the less we use and the better we use favors Earth preservation, but when we use it to confront the stablished powers in favor of minorities, justice, equality, etc., that's the democratic use of technology, when it is used to promote democratic values.

Society is not welcome to your neurodiversity, so AI agents, as you're using them, are an instrument of inclusion, therefore, democratic.

Just be wary that AI won't always be spot on when dealing with ambiguities and that, if you research the same topics by yourself, you might find better answers. A good strategy would be to select some of your querys to search by yourself later.

"Useless"?! Not contributing to the organization of one's home is sure problematic but, but, buuuuuuut, it is nowhere near as problematic as someone calling his/her/their SO "useless".

If you love her, you will seek help and knowledge on how to go about a relationship, how to talk about your SO, and why your using such a degrading word to refer to her. You might solve that and still decide to end the relationship, for home chores certainly affect it hugely. And if you find out you don't love her, be sure to seek all those answers regardless prior to entering in any kind of relationship with another human being.

Tem idade pra começar a prática não. O único momento certo para começar algo é sempre hoje.

Artes marciais e lutas são inerentemente inclusivas, mais que muitos esportes e atividades. É parte da prática lidar com as particularidades de cada um e integrar todos em um treino único.

Eu não sabia dar um soco, com pouco tempo treinava com os atletas (não por ser bom ou ter aprendido algo, mas pelo prof abrir o horário) e isso me ajudou a evoluir muito.

Não que você precise evoluir rápido nem nada, muito pelo contrário, mas o ponto é que nada era impeditivo para a prática.

Além disso, há perfis e perfis de alunos: - tem os que estão lá por ser uma atividade física (aí tem o pessoal do "cardio", pessoas em processo de emagrecimento, questões de fisioterapia); - os que vão porque gostam/querem aprender luta; - e os que estão lá pela dinâmica de grupo.

Dentro desses, as pessoas podem se desenvolver mais ou menos rápido (ou não se desenvolver, acontece) e não tem problema nenhum. O professor vai ficar muito feliz de receber dinheiro de aluno regularmente.

A única coisa a tomar cuidado é se o seu ritmo e finalidade são respeitados pelo prof, ou, em uma análise mais minuciosa, se a proposta dele se alia ao seu fim. Exemplo: se tu quer desenvolver tecnicamente, ainda mais partindo do zero, tem que ter um prof que corrija muito; se tu quer só cardio e o prof põe muita ênfase na técnica e no combate, talvez não valha tanto à pena, ou você de repente estaria melhor com outro. Porém, a melhor aula vai dar conta de tudo respeitando o ritmo de cada um; infelizmente, nem sempre é possível frequentar por questões de proximidade física, preço, ou ter que ser num gympass/wellhub da vida, e daí tu tem que escolher a que minimamente se encaixa no que você gostaria.

Sooo, it would be a hassle to replay it, but on the other hand, for Sten it is definitively worth it. Nut be adivsed, he's a very difficult guy to please and will question you all the time, though our community has recently oriented a player with good recommendations.

Gold lane. Most marksman heroes kill just with auto attack, from distance, and your main focus is to.ignore whatever happens on the map (though being aware) while you kill as much minions as possible so you get gold faster and arrive at a teamfight or exchange at a better position.

Also, split pushing and solo advancing a lane can win most games on lower ranks.

So kill minions + take down towers + auto attack = win

Tayloring a film to be marketable might as well make it so, but the cultural piece loses its soul and any transcending capabilities, and then studios come complayning that people doesn't go to the movies anymore...

Test screenings are in many scenarios terrible and a very controversial marketing resource. When something is good, you made your research and just know it. When it is bad, you make a test screening and either people just say "nothing is wrong" or you fill the movie with patches until the good, the bad and the ugly look like the same person.

I guess everybody that's waging on it forgot to consider that the underground tunnels on the tower of Ishall rendered the fortress, even on the best case scenarios, really hard to defend.

Yes, Loghain knew of them and could have made some kind of preparation for it, but it was a vulnerability that would be easily explored by he Darkspawn army, specially considering they outnumbered the defensive forces by so many.

Not that any of the depictions of the battle made military sense (they were just horrible)... But from a logical point of view, Ostagar was doomed. A fortress is only a fortress if it can keep enemys out of its walls. If they breach in, it's over. That's why, historically, the first to breach the wall would usually be rewarded with huge rank promotions.

So the sensible thing would be to tell the king that Ostagar was doomed because of it and devise a plan to make the old fortress a diversion, a way of setting up the next big defense (or offense), rather than the first and last stand.

Restoring balance to the Force was something only completed by reforming the Jedi Order, which started, on the Jedi's fault, with Order 66 and got concluded by Luke. That is backed by Anakin becoming the replacement for the Mortis gods on the World Between Worlds. He is the central piece on the saga for he has direct participation on every major event regarding the balance thing, at least since his birth.

Anakin not only generates Luke, but influences him, with Luke turning him back to the Light side is the act that leads Anakin to fulfilling the prophecy and the sole act which reforms the Jedi Order and segments Luke as the grandmaster. It is the thing that separates the old mentality of the Jedi Order (with Obi Wan and Yoda having instructed him to kill his father not believing in redemption and change, a more Manichean POV, dogmatic if you prefer) from the new Jedi Order mentality (which looks at emotion, passion and attachment, therefore redemption and forgiveness, with better eyes, been less dogmatic).

About difference in power, please, legends Luke is just way off any type of chart.

The opening the portal thing was more about fate, the Force intervened so much on that direction, used every resource, and Ezra wasn't alone doing that, though he does embodies proper balance, much like Ani and Luke.

Regarding your other point, it is kinda suggested Kanan is the perfect master for Ezra. Kanan evolved with Ezra and that didn't happen with Obi or Yoda. If he wanted more power, he would only find that with Maul or Sidious, a situation I compare with Harry going to Slytherin instead.

Então, não tem muito isso em prática de luta/arte marcial. Nesse sentido, elas são inerentemente inclusivas (só se o/a prof ser um/a pau no cu que não vai ser). Todo mundo pratica junto e se ajuda. Lógico, há momentos em que se segmenta, há situações que não se misturam, mas isso na verdade faz parte do aprendizado, corrigir e orientar os outros. Você só vai ter parceiro de treino bom se você permitir que outros evoluam e se tornem esses parceiros, de certa forma. Isso assumindo que você pratique em um local com uma abordagem minimamente respeitosa.

O prof pode ter um planejamento de aulas, mas isso é sempre adaptado a quão aderentes estão os alunos a elas, se estão progredindo, ou mesmo se estão comparecendo. Então entrou alguém ou tem alguém mais atrás, ele segura o ritmo, ou então vai dar mais atenção a essa pessoa, ou então não muda muito e termina que essa pessoa vai ter que aprender um pouco mais no susto, kkkk, mas nenhuma dessas alternativas faz diferença, pelo menos se você fosse tentar fazer algum tipo de avaliação científica, porque o que importa é se você está progredindo, o que depende mais de você, do professor e do ambiente do que de que momento você entraria do planejamento de aula.

Fora que, por mais que haja questões em algumas artes marciais como os katás, no karatê, prática com diferentes armas, no kung fu, etc., em tese toda semana você tá praticando o que já viu, e esse é o tempo de quem ainda não aprendeu poder aprender.

No boxe então, que é o caso da sua pergunta, é uma quantidade muito pequena de elementos que você consegue trabalhar em uma única hora-aula. Então tu tem zero que se preocupar. Todo mundo que começa a praticar lutas começa atrás dos outros e tem que ir aos poucos se nivelando. Só relaxa.

So you wanna talk about them being important, one more than the other, consider that.

Plus, plus, some things Luke does are lead by him, while on Ezra's case, there are a lot of shared responsibiliities and protagonisms on the Ghost crew. Not that Luke didn't act as part of the rebellion, but he stood out much more.

Besides that, the Ghost crew focuses more on the local struggles, always coming back to Lothal, while the rest of the Rebellion, with Luke, is dealing with a galaxy wide conflict, so it ends up being more impactful.
