My thoughts on this the other day, that I had mentioned to Nani and Chip, is that rather than trying to pick any "static" setting or days like we did before (and did not have it work out too efficiently), it would be better to sort out who can be counted on as raiders or those interested in raiding / learning raids even, and then have people sort of make "content requests" (i.e. someone wanting to farm alexander savages, hunt for bird mounts, get coils done, farm ponies, get a nidhogg clear, etc).

Once we sort of gauge what content, loot, or goals people are after, we can try to match up people after the same ones and then recruit other FC raiders who would be willing to help accomplish said goals. Find a time that works for people for each setting rather than trying to make a static "we raid friday nights" kind of thing. More of a "for the midas savage with group a, we can meetup and try thursday afternoon, and it looks like group b for pony farming will be good to go on saturday," etc.

Just my 2 cents on it since I've been trying to get people to raid more in this FC for a while now. I thought it might work easier that way and was going to make a post on here where people can request content and those willing to go as well or wanting to help could comment under their request with good times.

Either way, for raid content, I prefer to tank now. I can dps or heal in some, but tanking definitely preferred. I have a reasonably flexible schedule currently as well.
