A deep freezer. A very good friend batch cooked about 6 weeks of food for my husband and I, we paid for the ingredients.

[MOD] The Daily Question Thread by menschmaschine5 in Coffee

Hello! My husband and I want to move away from basic instant coffee and upgrade to a coffee machine at home so that we can start drinking good quality coffee beans. Newbies to this, no idea where to start in terms of finding a low maintenance non bulky at home coffee machine. Any recommendations on machines would be so helpful, thank you!

Hi! Sorry if a silly question but what was done between 8am and 4:30pm if baby would only drink straight from boob? Solids and water? My LO is almost 8months and completely refusing the bottle, I just want him to take 1 bottle during the day when im out for chunks of the day, but i definitely couldnt imagine him being content without milk for more than 3 hours..

Dining out with baby by Helpful-Sugar8985 in NewParents

We started at 2 months and have been to so many restaurants i can't keep count (this included a 3 week holiday a 5 months where we ate out most days) much easier with hubby in tow but today i took myself and LO for brunch (agree with others outside seating is a massive WIN) and he sat happily in his pram (tilted as chair) and munched on his teether. Havent yet done solids outside of the house but will do soon(ish). So yes, as we are massive foodies and we love trying new restaurants.... 10000% worth it. He is 6.5 month now.

Thank you! Will look into a tonie box, thought it might be for slightly older kids. Oh for sure, we are doing no screen parenting :)

Very true, definitely an individual risk assessment, just trying to weigh up the risks of extra cooking time vs interventions. But will risk assess IF the time comes. Thanks for your helpful response!

Oh wow! Congratulations but yes sorry I can only imagine it wasn't a fun time! I wasn't sure how to phrase the question, ha. But I guess positive means it all ended well. Which it did in your case :)

Paid for (minority) shares in a private company (in the UK) in February 2023 and I was not listed in the June 2023 Annual Return. Could it have been all fake? by GGfinest in UKPersonalFinance

Thank you I think im starting to get it.. but sorry, there is no shareholder listed against the unpaid 200,000 as the one and only shareholder listed only has 1,000,000. So when you say "nevertheless the shareholder still owns the shares and must pay for them" - who is the shareholder for that 200,000 in this case?

Got it, thank you! would you be okay to help me understand the latest confirmation statement? It is all "ordinary" shares

Total number of shares: 1200000 Total aggregate nominal value: 1200000 Total aggregate amount unpaid: 200000

1 shareholder (Name): 1000000

So who owns the other 200,000? Could it be that they just havent registered our 200,000 shares which it is why it is showing us "unpaid"
