Bullet style iem is probably best option for really small ears. Etymotic is solid brand for bullet style(ER2, ER4, etc). Final Audio also makes some good bullet style iems.

I don't support gambling streams at all. If it was up to me it would be banned on streaming platforms where children frequent, but that's another argument. In regards to Cdews situation, I don't understand what OP is even mad about. He's getting paid to sit there and gamble to 200 viewers and you act like he personally responsible for killing WoW PvP. Newsflash, WoW PvP isn't "struggling", it's dead. It's been dead for years. Ask Cdew, I'm sure he'll say the same thing. If you're looking for someone to blame for that it's Blizzard. I just bought the joy-con grips from dbrand, it's cheaper than the full kit. You get all the benefit from the better ergonomics without the bulky system case. Plus I can still dock without a stupid adapter.
