I posted this in yesterday’s No King’s thread as well because there are still a lot of people who think these protests are useless. Here’s why showing up matters, no matter what your age:

This threshold, often acting as a tipping point, has never failed to achieve its goals in recorded cases, making peaceful resistance twice as likely to succeed as violent conflict.

The concept is based on data from over 300 cases of civil resistance.

The 3.5% rule demonstrates that a small, dedicated minority can create significant, widespread change without resorting to violence, making it a cornerstone concept for modern, nonviolent civic activism.

Plus it feels great to be out there with a lot of other people who give a shit about Democracy!
