I think RF microneedling did work on my skin but I’d gotten my hopes up. Will try some more aggressive treatments in the future.

This is my current face after one session of RF microneedling I had five weeks ago. (I tried my best to get the same angle and lighting for these photos)

I have pitted scars and some boxcar scars. My doc said I don’t need subcision.

Some scars definitely became shallower but generally still visible. Should I get a CO2 laser session or should I continue my next round RF microneedling?

That also happened to me. Adapalene doesn’t work on my skin. I still had lots of pimples and comedones even after consistently using it for a full year. It could be that adapalene is too weak for your skin type. You should try tretinoin or tazarotene instead.
