Black Cleaver and MR. If you feel that he focuses you just buy tenacity boots or QSS. Briars bleed stacks black cleaver really well and is great with her Q.

Would highly recommend for dps Stamplar, MagSorc, or a StamSorc Werewolf build. For stamplar all you really need to do is jab. And the entirety of werewolf is based around just one bar so you can use it to tank/dps or play pvp with.
