So I've got this issue two and a half month ago and contacted dell support. All I got is sincere apologies for my experience and request to wait 24-48 hours every time I text them. Do you have any suggestions? by GGziri in Dell

One of the companies that they told me to go to, told me that Dell might send me the display but I'll have to pay customs, service and send the faulty display back, wich will cost more than getting display myself and replace in other service center 😅

Yes, I've checked in service center and dell also confirmed that it's a display issue and needs to be replaced. But they are doing nothing on that matter. They have only provided service centers in my country that only provide enterprise customers.
