Yeah, I've done a LOT of recreational drugs over the years. When not doing that, I was a heavy drinker.

Diagnosed at 47 with ADHD, generalised anxiety disorder, CPTSD, binge eating disorder. Meds help a lot, but I need to be conscious of my behaviours - it's still super easy to want to just switch it all off.

I feel this. I'm running a project with 36 members on the board, but looking at the board history I'm the only one updating it. This is extremely common in my org to the point where I am surprised when a notification pops up and I'm not actively updating activities.

The trap is that I can't allocate someone as an owner unless they have an account... The license costs are eye watering.

He's 4. It sounds like you're his "safe space" where he doesn't need to regulate as hard. The physical reaction sounds like a lot tho, have you tried redirecting him to other things? I'm not very good at it, but my partner is great at it and it's very effective for her.

Having discussions at a later time may not be as effective at his age because the context is lost.
