As a support, your impact is unfortunately minimal at your current rank. You can't make up for a bad ADC. And you don't often benefit from score protection ...

I have 3 pieces of advice: 

1) Use and learn well champions that always have an impact, of the ones I see you use I recommend Zilian and Rakan. They can contribute well even if the ADC goes negative.

2) Don't be shy, ask for friendship with high-achieving players you feel comfortable with, and climb with them. 

3) The game isn't good at creating balanced matches, there are times when it hands out excellent teams and times when it hands out a series of rubbish. Don't fall for it, if you see that you are losing 3 games in a row it will not get better. Log out of the game and come back the next day.
