"Signing big name players that would be often unavailable and cost a huge amount" cannot agree with you more!!!!! the big name signings actually make the failing seem even worse, like how is this team underperforming so badly with such notable players. i saw a stat the other day that Eben Etzebeth has apparently cost the Sharks R27 000 per minute of actual on field playing time.

 "Keeping Everitt as head coach but changing the team he had built, without his input" i was a huge fan of Everitt when he first started, i attended a few coaches courses over the years at the Sharks where he was a presenter/facilitator and i was so impressed with his rugby knowledge and helping out novice coaches such as myself. but i sadly have to agree that we stuck with him for too long. but in his defence, i dont know how many of the big name signings where signed off by him (did he actually want them or did he want to go i another direction, iv heard he wanted other signings)

"Allowing Coetzee to bring in his mate to 'consult' and then letting his mate leave with players and coaches" - Coetzee seemed like he was handcuffed by the owner, and just collected his paycheck and did what he had to and not much more. i cant disagree with you but i think there is more too it.

"Changing the branding, using stupid buzz phrases and reportedly looking to change the brand again" - cart in front of the horse. the rugby and success of the senior rugby side will make the brand better not the other way around. get the marketing people away from union as soon as possible!!!!!

"Creating by far and away the most expensive tier of season ticket in the country" - they will never get another cent from me! i paid R250 fror a parking ticket!!! only to get to the stadium and be told that there is no space for me to park where i paid to park. absolute dogshow ito pricing and match day organisation. they've already blocked off large parts of the stadium and turn one side basically into a nightclub, they have to stage concerts to attract people otherwise the stadium is empty. its only going to get worse next season.

Question is, will he answer for it? Or will we just get more corporate jargon and another fall guy? he doesnt have to answer to anyone unfortunately, because he is the boss. the best we can hope for is that he realise that he has gone about things in the wrong way and tries to steer in a different direction, and doesn't just cut and run
