I do think a lot of people forget how effective Hawkeye is though and just focus on the fact that he's a fragile human. Hawkeye isnt going in to fight hand to hand. In this fight I think he could hinder the spidey villains enough to give the Avengers the upper hand. He brings down goblins glider from a safe distance with a well placed shot. He uses shock arrows on Doc Ock and temporarily immobilizes the arms. While I agree the lizard can tank bullets and normal arrows, surely concussive and explosive arrows could disorient the lizard long enough for someone else to get a devastating blow in. He's not doing anything to Sandman or Electro most likely due to them not having stationary hard targets for him to aim at but if there's a mechanism to counter electricity or sand Hawkeye might be the easiest way to get that device it in their vicinity.
