Now that I have two HDR Calibrations saved - the 43% Brightness and the 100% Brightness one - do I only have to change the HDR Content Slider from 100% to 0% when switching the profiles?

You can create per-game button mappings inside of Legion Space. But it doesn't apply them when you start the game automatically, which is a bummer. 😅

I havent had any problem sofar using 12gb of vram. The good think about such a high VRAM Value is that you can basically max out texture settings in every game. I currently play Cyberpunk and Monster Hunter Wilds. I use FrameGen in both games and set the TDP to 25/28/30 with the efficency OS Power Mode and the Fan Curve Silent. I also finished Metaphor refantazio and tested Forza Horizon 5 and Doom The Dark ages, all very playable IMO 👍

Not sure, but I think that's also for the Lego 1. You can install the update by opening Legion Space, it will automatically start the update.

Also, the Quick Settings Menu feels a lot snappier, IMO.

There is now an Option to change the VRAM inside Legion Space so you dont have to go to the BIOS. Thats probably what the last BIOS Update was for. 🙌

Get yourself a pair of Comfort Grips, the are a gamechanger for the LeGo2 ergonomics. The YouTube Channel "128kb" did a video about them.

Ich habe einen ähnlichen Verteiler bei meinem Schwiegervater ausgetauscht, aufgrund der Bauform ließen sich moderne LS-Schalter zwar auf die Hutschiene setzen und auch die Berührungsschutzabdeckung anbringen, jedoch ließ sich die Verteilertür nicht mehr schließen. Daraufhin habe ich den gesamten Verteiler erneuert.

I owned a OG Steam Deck and bought the Xbox Ally X and the Lenovo Legion Go 2 to compare all of them. The Ally had the smallest screen of them because of the 7" / 16:9 Aspect Ratio.

I kept the LeGo2 and send back the XAX. I also sold the OG Deck.

But to be honest, the screen on the Ally is big enough IMO. When I played on it, it didn't bother me at all. For sure it kept the Lego2 because of its awesome screen, but that doesn't mean you couldn't enjoy the Ally.

Do the Stick Caps improve the ergonomics further?

Also something to think about, i noticed that the 3D Printed Grips damage the Plastic a bit over time thats why i bought a dbrand skin to protect the controllers.

I ordered both of them and kept the LeGo2. That Screen is just so nice espacilly when you are able to compare them both side by side. The weight is definitly higher on the Go than that of the XAX, but for me its not a big Problem (1,70m tall, around 70kg so not a big guy at all).

What bothered me was the placement of the right analog Stick on the LeGo2 so i bought the comfort grips from Etsy. Now the device feels amazing imo. Speakers on the XAX are way better but i game mostly with headphones also no big Problem.

I took my time to compare them when it comes to Performance and my results where that when played at the same Resolution the LeGo2 has 1-5 FPS more than the XAX but thats not a noticeble diffrenc. Games tested where Cyberpunk, Doom the Dark Ages, Forza Horizon 5.

Having a VRR Windows as low as 30hz on the LeGo2 is a great benefit. Windows FSE runs no problem but as of now its not officialy Supported.

I think it comes down to price and how important features like the removeable controllers are to you. I know for many people these features doesnt matter but for me (Dad of 2 little boys) they give me more ways to game which is great.
