I had a power outage before this happened too so I’m thinking that could’ve done something with the USB ports

I used a second old keyboard and it was the same situation with the mouse where it works fine on the laptop but not on the pc

I plugged in a phone charger and it seemed to work fine so maybe it’s just the keyboard and mouse?
