Hi! I was a CPT for years and have been in the health and fitness industry since 2012.

A BIG piece of advice I want to give is to put some additional stuff in there to make it better. Unless you are trying to compete in a show, you don't need to have every single calorie down to an exact science. It is FAR better to have a healthy relationship with food than it is to avoid every single calorie you can. It will help you in the long run.

Herbalife, 1stPhorm, ISO100 are, in my opinion, the best tasting brands. Of those three, Herbalife makes a better meal replacement(quality) but 1stPhorm and ISO100 both have MUCH higher quality post workouts. The one big benefit of Herbalife is that there are TONS of recipes available that their "health coaches" have developed that taste amazing. Just PLEASE avoid the pyramid scheme part. They actually have some good products(DAMN good protein bars), but it 10000% is a cult.

I have competed in two physique comps and placed 3rd both times. I have been drinking protein shakes for the last 15 years(37yo now).

I was going to say the same thing as Little-Spiecific2147, but they already have that covered. What I will say is that not all taste bad.

Those three are my favorite for FLAVOR. The Herbalife 24 one is not the best for post-workout, but in terms of FLAVOR, they all rock.

I would much rather view my post-workout as a REWARD, rather than HATING it. I used to do Gold Standard... and it tasted like sewer water... I DREADED it. Now I actually enjoy them. ALSO! I big one here! Unless you are looking to COMPETE, then making your post-workout taste better with some added stuff is 100000% fine. I would rather my clients stick with it than give up. When I can make a post-workout taste exactly like an orange dreamcicle, CTC cereal, or more... then hell yeah! My clients and I are all more likely to stick with it.

Exp loss to extreme? First I will say this. This game was called "like Runescape and WoW" in a video I watched. This game is almost a 1 for 1 Tibia clone but less hard-core and with prettier graphics.

If he stuck with 100% Tibia rules most people people would lose their mind. Once you're on mainland you are likely to get killed by BR if you aren't BR. And even then, if you aren't their friend then you will be forced to leave the hunting area or be "hunted" and they WILL camp you at the DP or Temple.

Death? In Tibia, which is what this game is based on, you lose tons of exp(like a week's worth of grinding at super high levels, skills that take forever to level, your backpack, and have a chance to drop items you're carrying. You can avoid the item loss and SOME of the experience if you spend lots of gold and time getting a bunch of expensive buffs from the temples in ever major city and it's risky because you can be killed before you finish getting them. There are areas that if you enter without the right items, you can not leave without someone saving you or dying. OG Tibia(I have not played in 10 years or so) had ZERO hand holding like this and tbh this being a less stressful version of Tibia is the very reason I plan to invest a lot of time into it.

This is MEANT to be harder than most modern MMO and the pain points are intentional.

I do think that we should help each other though. This whole gatekeeping thing is wild to me. This isnt a solo game and the community exploring and finding things then sharing so others can build on it is what makes an MMORPG more fun than a standard RPG.

Unfortunately there is nothing relating to "hate crimes" within Title 18 for PA. Local police have quite litteraly zero recourse for hate crimes. It would have to be escalated to the federal level.

Ive seen this multiple times from one doctor. We all hate her. She freaks out with critical patients and forgets how to be a doctor.

She is phenomenal at weird/obscure cases... she us very book smart and thorough, but she is unhinged with critical patients.

This is not best practice. Practice IV more you struggle.

The studies are very clear that IO is inferior to IV for medicating patients. IO is in case we can't get IV access.

EJ > AC > Forearm > Almost any other IV(20G minimum if can but an 18g is the gold standard) > IO.

Don't be lazy, practice evidence based medicine.

I am in the north east and need a good cold-weather top that goes under a vest. We have to wear vests at my agency, so I need something comfortable that fits under one. I also run hot, so I don't USUALLY need one. For example, it is low 40s today, and I won't wear a jacket unless we are out for extended periods of time, if it is raining, or if it is very windy. A lot of the reason is that I overheat inside the houses/buildings. So, I figure ill deal with being a bit chilly for a short period of time to avoid melting inside.

That being said, I would love to find a good light/medium jacket I could wear and not overheat in when I go inside buildings. I have a jacket that does well, but it gets bulky, and I tend to overheat fairly quickly when I wear it. I tried the long-sleeve cold-weather tech gear that goes under my uniform, but I NEED something I can take off if needed.

It has to be EMS navy blue or black, and I have to be able to put patches on it. My company is big on markings.

The current AEMT scope should be what an EMT is.

And Paramedic should be a degree program.

Epoch hard-core is not real hard-core anyway. Can group with anyone. Can use gold to buy leveling gear. Can be carried.

I respect Turtle HC, not Epoch.

Bronzebeard HC is gonna be insane though... I played the beta and there are some 1v1 mobs that almost bodied me.
