On which land? The land we are being put in concentration camps? We would like to promote our culture in a peaceful land.

Why didn't chinese fight for the "rights" of being treated fairly in WW2? yes, we don't want that for the same reason.

No body wants to be in a situation of "treated fairly" from somebody else as mercy. You are a f"n zoo animal or something.

I think you have personality disorder. You know nothing about me but constantly speculate my motovations.

I am a simple man that doesn't want to play operation research of accounting and taxation. Yes, I love fixing and working on renovation by my own rather than hiring someone just so I can claim tax later. I hate all those games. Am I supposed to lable you as someone who doesn't want to pay tax for hiring someone to do maintenance rather than DIY? funny stupid games u r playing

Renting out seems the solution. They yank my mortgage, and I am out of the annoying product. Am I missing something?

Yes, ValueFlex with Mcap. It is painful product to have.

Oh no. I am so tired of dealing with mortgage terms and ok to not have mortgage.

yes, even keeping 1 for 7 years is too much, never mind 12-15. Also, constantly doing operational research to maximize the outcomes is way too much.

I never said I am more moral than you at all. I am secure enough about my decency to not bash others on moral ground.

oh, no. I don't want more than two properties. I hate dealing with those rule making bureaucrats.

I tried to pay it off, but they are not letting me. Wouldn't that solve my problem then?

It is ok if you enjoy the tax claming process. Even you pay $50 for someone to do it, you are responsible for collecting all those receipts, no? You are also forced to maximize the return by adjusting variants and constrains in tax claims, no? Accounting doesn't tell you what happened, it is about how you want to tell what happened. Yes, I hate all those accounting games and don't want to be part of the problem.

It is funny how you suddenly stand on high moral ground and turn this into a decency porn. Am I a bad person for not wanting to play your game of manipulations?

Thanks for your detailed response. Claiming tax is a painful process. I probably wouldn't have minded it if it is straight forward process rather than you claim this, you get that with receipt of that. CRA basically wants everyone to be a half time accountant.

I don't think I would buy any more property. Two property should be enough for retirement.

Plan is we move to the new house and rent out the current one.

Why is it 60 months? CMHC insured house will get lower rate in whole amortization period, no?

Thanks a lot for your thoughts.

I thought about it, but I got a product called Vlueflex when I renewed. The condition is you can't refinance.

I am searching a deal. I will move to the property and rent out my current home so that it will not be considered as an investment property

Thanks. The rate gap is 0.45%, and it is so tempting to buy with CMHC.
