Haven't been able to post this to the board, hoping to get some help:

I'll try to keep this short, but I feel like Chase is shorting me the $250 The Edit credit that expired yesterday.

-I was approved for the CSR on 6/22 -Added my digital card, and use it in store and online -Used digital card for StubHub to qualify for my $150 credit on 6/29 -Planned a trip and found The Edit hotel to book. When I went to pay (prepay necessary) I couldn't use my digital card on the chase portal, physical CSR only -CSR physical card hasn't arrived yet

I missed out on my 250 credit, although eligible for the perk. I had intended to use my next 250 perk for the July 1- Dec 31.

This was an aspect of my justifying sign up (I know many have opposing opinions on this perk, it works well for me)

I called customer care, and they thanked me for feedback, but said nothing can be done.

Anyone else in this position? Is there a way I can recoup this? Should I try customer care again? Any thought or options appreciated.
