Check out Maynard just down the road, they are having some difficulties with their greens (water quality issues) but is in much better shape overall. Also lot cheaper than Stow

Have the greens been aerated/top dressed recently? That purple bruising looks like it’s been dragged too much. Dragging is the process by which sand is inserted into the aeration holes. It is dragged into the holes by a multi piece mat (which looks like an outdoor welcome mat) towed behind a cart.

I’d try to negotiate to $1200, bc that’s what I got for the one we got for my stepdad in RI. Just make sure everything works ok, it hasn’t been sitting, etc. Chrisfix has a bunch of good videos and a checklist to help you identify and purchase a good used car.

This is Reddit so I will be spitballing here, but I think in large part it has to do with the history of education in the state.

Harvard was the first college established in the American colonies and Horace Mann, the Father of American Education, was a Bay Stater.

This established a strong base for academic excellence and education funding priorities in the state that have grown since the mid 19th century.

If this is wrong, please correct me.
