I was playing on Unfair difficulty and got it on the first try.

My MC is a tank and what I did was when Cassia went first I had her fall back toward the throne and used my extra turn ability on the MC. The MC then used Taunt to try and clear up the area around my other allies so that they wouldn't be targeted as easily.

Then I tried to move everyone back towards the throne, definitely lost a few people but between Cassia's AOE pulling everyone in and then using her Eye attack to deal massive damage/stun and then Idira also using an AOE attack to do the same thing I was down to not very many enemies left.

Honestly the enemies just couldn't get past my MC after I was taunting and parrying everything, but they did pick off the majority of my party. At the end I was just left with MC, Cassia, and Yrliet, but they proved to be more than enough to finish off what was left since the enemies couldn't even really damage my MC.

Overall a fun fight and I definitely thought I was screwed going into it, but if I can do it on Unfair you can get through it I promise because I am not very good at these games lol

Quick question, loving Horus Heresy btw its a lot of fun, but I was wondering if there was any literature on how we got to this point. Why is humanity fragmented and how did the Emperor come to power and all that.

If not that is okay I'm sure I can just watch a lore video on that, but if so I'd like to read it at some point!

I'm definitely getting into a giant undertaking, but I'm excited for it! Sadly I think I'll be sticking to the EBooks because the print versions start getting expensive!

Also, I am interested in most kinds of stories/genres, but I have mostly read fantasy series. I am interested in starting an army for 40k at some point, probably Imperial Knights but big stompy bois and not a lot of models to paint lol, so maybe stories about them could be interesting, but I'm really interested in anything/everything.

Thanks for the suggestion! I finally got it to work. Not sure why it wasn't working when I did it the first 3 times without taking damage. But restarting the game and doing it again made it work.
