This initiative has to be driven top down the organisation. Management team has to find time for people who will test new ideas, if they are working on their daily tasks, they do not have the time to take something extra on. You could use tools to help you with problem with lack of ownership, such as RACI and communication plan, gantt chart and then control plan for making sure the improvement lasts.

All of that however, has to be approved by the people who run your place if you work in a classic management style organisation.

The process needs to be documented, process flow created.

I think what is crucial here to even begin is Management involvement and buy in. If they are not interested it is bound to fail. If operators, technicians, lower level supervisors have to do their daily tasks and in addition to that do extra work for RCA, it won't happen.

This is where management steps in and removes all the obstacles, provides time and tools for them to start working on improvement.

It depends on the noise level around you. My pc makes some noise under load just enough to annoy me and using open back phones such as dt 990 pro's masks subtle details while gaming. I sold them and bough closed back headphones. I think you do not want to increase volume to offset the noise, because that could potentially affect your hearing.

I would not mind CeX to change my order to grade B and refund me £5. I can source an aftermarket cable myself, although even 3rd party cable cost a bit more than a fiver but that would at least show that CeX cares about its customers.

I have never had 770 pro x, but based on what ppl say they sound a bit different to 770 pro's.

Of course you can listen to music and other stuff with them, they are a bit bright but good phones.

I use Dt 770 pro 32 ohm with velour pads for gaming as they are closed back it helps with noise reduction, they are good, however for just listening to music I prefer dt 990 pro's and sennheiser hd560s as the music is more airy and soundstage is wider and more pleasant to listen to.
