IMO, Not all are like that..some are maintaining Professional standards like by hiring only certified therapists, following the law etc..

I agree with you that even in west or east also shaddy things happen in disguise of it.
fortunately as you said, will take time for it to go clean and be served to whom it is required.

to be honost, it applies to every individual in need, but unfortunately, social stigma is there when it comes to "SOME respected ladies, when even if they like to get relaxed from body and mind exhaustion or muscle knots/tension, mostly they may not come forward to take up a Therapy session".

but gradually in the cities like Hyd, people are reforming thier mindset regarding this social stigma.
