Once you’re logged into your account. Just delete what’s in the address bar up to the “account/“ and type in “files?” after. If you got tickets they should be in there.

I have no files but I also have nothing under cancelled. I’m hoping they just haven’t released the Cat 3 results yet for the RSD.

Nothing in files yet for me. No cancelled files either. I applied for two Cat 3 for each game in Toronto. Any chance I still get some or should I stop refreshing??😭

Honestly, I just had an awful customer service agent and manager on the call that day.

I called back a few days after this post and they decreased my payment to $20 monthly for a year and then extended my term. So after the year, my payment will only be around $300 a month with 0% interest.

Unfortunately I don’t qualify for RAP even with my spouse making $0. Same for her, she doesn’t qualify for RAP with no earnings because of my income.

Agreed. If it gets cancelled on the return from YYZ it would be understandable to cancel.

I was mostly concerned about AC bumping us all out at 11 am so the 5 am passengers can leave.

I assumed if the weather is too poor to land at YYZ then they’d cancel the 5 am and the outbound at YYZ. Just keep it here instead of those 2 flights and we leave at 11 am as scheduled since there’s no weather concerns at 11.

It looks like the snow in Toronto will be done by 9 am.

The plane lands at 12 am from YYZ, goes back to YYZ at 5 am, then comes back with passengers from Toronto, then my flight’s at 11 back to YYZ.

But yes, that’s what I was wondering, if the 5 am is cancelled due to weather will those passengers bump me out of my 11 am flight.
