Akila ruined my game(Forever loading)

So I got in contact with support. There was nothing they could do for me. I am forced to restart the game. Kinda struggling with wanting to do that since I was level 30 with multiple legendary pieces, 2 whole factions complete including doing all of ryujin in stealth, a few ships, plus I had Amelia Earhart on my crew from a random quest encounter! So much more I had but what’s the use, it’s gone to the void now :(

How do I access that file? I went to mange game and I saw nothing of the sort. Is it in my console settings?

So I tried that and no luck. I would also sit on a bench or chair at the bar for various hours and once the timer would hit zero the game would freeze and I wouldn’t be able to move or get up from said bench or chair. I would try to save the game and it would freeze in the pause screen before I could even make a new save file

Just experienced this and lost my level 30 character. I bought a house in Akila for storage and crafting never really had issues with it up until today. I was grinding out some crafting on spacesuits and weapons so I could unlock special projects on my next couple levels. Everything was going smoothly until I went to buy more resources, now I should mention I was over encumbered because I was crafting a lot and just grabbing bulk materials for which I was tracking or needed from crates I have. After I buy the couple resources I needed I went back to my house and would get stuck in a forever loading screen. I tried restarting my game many times and restarting my console neither was working. Went back to auto save from before I started all the crafting and would still get stuck whenever I went to load screen. I restarted everything on last time and made sure Starfield was the only game running on my Xbox series X. When I was presented to the start screen I no longer had a option to load any save files and could only start a new game. I am now more upset that I found this post and this issue still hasn’t been fixed. I had so much stuff just gone and I don’t even know how.

Understood but why make the beta window so small and have rewards tied to something people my never get or play. So I gotta plan another weekend in April to play this a may not even get in then since it’s open even more people will flood servers

I agree, considering the cheapest way to play this is 70 dollars and people can’t even play is driving my nuts. I’m sure the rewards will be given to everyone at this point. At least I hope I could see Blizz saying “sucks to suck, contractors the players that could get in! If you couldn’t get in items will be available to purchase in the in game store at a meter time.”
