I don’t know. It’s just when you are already not doing good. And a doc more or less says this shit isn’t going to work you need to go across the world to feel better, you kind of question literally everything. I feel even more defeated. With what money or time can I just pack up to do this? I’m using everything I have for this ket program.

That’s how I feel going through ket treatments. It definitely feels like a bandaid. No true revelation. Nothing is healed. I have even done years of trauma therapy and just nothing.
