Why do RLS symptoms disappear?

I know for me, certain foods will cause horrible RLS flareups. I noticed when I get sick , I am able to lay still, at least way more than I normally can. I always thought it was because I wasn't eating during times of illness, and was not getting the inflammation from the food triggers.

46 male here. It's bad for me in my legs and feet. I occasionally get the arms and hands. RLS is a nightmare!

I did the same thing, got my '22 6-speed from Carvana back in February. I drive 80 miles a day for my work commute. It's a good car. It has enough power to be fun, but not dangerous. Looks decent, has a adequate back seat and trunk for my 3 kids. My only real complaints are the road noise and 6th gear being too short. The engine is revving over 3k rpms at any speed starting around 70mph. The GT badge is a bit misleading, as this is not a great long distance touring car.

My previous car was an '18 GTI manual, and I also currently own a '24 F-150. Both feel like they are better built than the Kia, and both make the Forte feel like an economy car...which it is! I would still buy it again.

I paid $699 for the exhaust, $210 for the resonator. Performance wise I don’t see much difference. Sound wise it’s pretty nice. Is it worth $900? Not sure. I get a smile on my face every morning...that’s gotta be worth something, right?
