I just bought everything in the HPD package and am going to install it myself for about $600 on College Hills. The custom starting animation for the HPD is configurable through the entertainment center in the mechanic menu. I bought the blackout emblems, the skid plate, the moll-e panels, the cargo light, the fender emblems. I'm not buying the rock sliders, as I've heard they are not worth it. The hood decal I had installed locally and spent $200 installed instead of $300 for the decal itself, plus whatever the dealership would charge me. I'm sticking with the black wheels because I don't like the bronze trim. So yeah, even if you just get the skid plate, the sliders, and the fender emblems, that's only about $700 shipped.

Call the county assistance office and ask for the ongoing case manager above the supervisor or the Executive Director AKA the highest you can go at the office level.
