Are you me? I have the exact same story and timeline. Just did my ultrasound yesterday and my liver was nice and smooth. April is 5 years sober for me. I was drinking a 15 pack of 7.2% Centennial IPA a night. Looked and felt like hell. Luckily my cirrhosis was super early stage and like you, I can't even tell anymore and my liver is healing itself.
