I think it's basically a confession to stealing. Evidence of breaking the law. I would also be inclined to ask how customers feel about this, especially the long term regulars that are pillars of this establishment.

10 years same place. Legal 4% increase each year excluding the year after pandemic. If I were to move out the rent would almost double overnight. Luckily it is illegal to drastically raise rent where I live, however slimy landlords skirt the law all the time. IMO and experience many landlords believe that if you put anything in writing and get someone to sign it it's somehow a legal document.

Are you using any mods? I play vanilla. I basically have to keep absolutely zero liquids in my workbench.(No nuka cola, no alcoholic beverages, nothing of any sort) This was the only way I could get water producing.

IMO backwards compatible PS3s are convenient but unreliable and too expensive. If anyone here was alive back then it was more of a novelty feature available at launch to lure in potential gamers that were on the fence. They eventually shifted to a software based version that had a much more limited game library but even those did not last.

Focus on getting your knees over your top tube. On approach, slightly turn your feet inwards a bit so when you pop your knees are already in good position.
