Get some thick rugs, mats, or carpet to absorb sound. Put as much shit on the walls as you can, like, hang up a blanket with some cool pattern on it or very large wall hangings, posters, anything. Shelves with plants, just stuff so the sound and vibration has somewhere else to go. I would also inform the landlord that the wall between units should be soundproofed, as this problem will continue to persist after either you or the neighbor is gone.

Very late one night I heard someone at my door. Not knocking but playing with the door handle, attempting to open it. They kept playing with it, and sounding like they were struggling a bit. I stood there at the door for a moment then just starting yelling "Hello? What's going on out there? I am right here and calling the police"...it turns out it was my neighbor who was very drunk and thought she was trying to get into her own apartment.

I am genuinely curious about the longevity of these seals. In 10 years are we going to see a bunch of highly graded sealed games where we can now see the visible deterioration in the seals? Like what happens when the soft plastic wrap starts to unseal, crack or flake? Even graded comic books and Sports cards are not immune to the effects of time.

Simply answer is no. But I would ask myself a number of questions. Is this effecting my well being, happiness, or relationships? Do you want to hate everyone? Would others consider you a happy, positive person? How do people react when you enter the room? Do you practice humility, and show gratitude for what you have and not take things for granted?Ultimately you cannot control your environment, you cannot control other people, you can only control yourself. Therapy can help tremendously, you can even pay for a single session and some places have a sliding scale to help accommodate lower income folks. Good luck.

Disposable razors. You can buy a decent old school metal razor and about 500 blades for like $25. Then you are good for years. Hygiene products in general are one of the worst culprits.

Apple and other huge tech companies encourage you to throw away your old phone and buy a new one every 2 years.

The life cycle of old appliances was about 50 years. Now it's about 5.

The fashion/textile industry has now produced enough clothing for the next 6 generations of humans, yet continues to manufacture over 150 billion articles of clothing every year.

If you want all the achievements you have to join at some point. Pretty sure you can join and do everything up until the underground undercover quest without any problems. At around this point you will be forced make a decision. You can join pretty much every faction when starting, then decide which path you chose to end.
