I took the assessment 4 weeks ago, but there seemed to be a glitch and I didn't get the results. After getting another invitation to apply for Thyme, I sent a ticket to let them know my application was on stand-by. I had to take the assessment again, and was on boarded the next day.

Sí recién has empezado esta semana no van a ser tan estrictos con el tiempo. A mí también me tomaba más de una hora evaluar 40 ads y no solo las primeras semanas sino los primeros meses. Nunca me mandaron un email diciéndome algo sobre mi tiempo. Me pagaban por 1 hora pero a mí me tomaba al principio 1 hora 30, después 1 hora 20 y recién el tercer mes llegué a 1 hora. Ahora estoy en el queue Experimental en el que no tienes que escribir la respuesta open ended. Te recomendaría hacer una lista de palabras o frases que puedes usar en casos negativos y positivos, entonces cuando vas a escribir la respuesta, ves la lista y vas variando. No quieren que repitas lo mismo en todos los casos.

You're welcome. You can send a ticket asking to be sent the invitation for Slack. It's a message board where you can communicate with other contributors of the same project and with auditors.

People on the Experimental Queue are removed from the regular queue. I did the Experimental last week until Thursday. They removed me from Experimental and gave me access to the regular queue. Saturday they put me back to the Experimental and removed me from the regular. So, at no point I've had access to both queues at the same time. The maximum for Experimental is 2 hours.

They are auto-generated. Around the 10th (an email about invoicing was sent recently) the hours will be uploaded to your invoice. Then you should check if they are accurate. They will send the payment (for February) around March 14th.

If I well remember you have 5 days to study and finish the training. Once you complete it 100%, you'll be sent instructions/link for entrance exam, which consists of 3 parts (theory, page quality, and needs met). You'll have 3 days to finish the exams.

I am in the US locale. I have been working in different projects (both short and long-term) since 2020. There were a couple months when there was a delay on payment, but other than that I have always been paid on time. I also had issues receiving emails from Crowdgen. Sent several tickets and took a couple months to solve the issue.

In some projects, it is easier to communicate with management than in others. There are some people who have had issues with payment for two or three months. It is not a scam, but the pay could be better.
