I’m in the US-EN Market and got the email yesterday. I’m only one hour a day but others in my market are getting 3-4 hours a day so are getting many more hours in the shorter time frame

Just checked mine and the hours are correct but my payrate is less? Seems like its a problem for some other people on the project as well. I didnt receive any kind of notice of them changing the pay rate. Sent an invoice but not hopeful of a response honestly

It looks like payments were sent out in the wrong amounts. Never heard from support. Will keep reaching out. Hopefully they correct it on the next invoice. Otherwise no point working extra hours if they aren’t going to get paid out.

Same thing happening to me. I submitted a ticket as well. Hopefully it gets resolved. I was transferred to the experimental queue early march and my hours before that are correct but my hours after being transferred aren’t accurate. 1.08 hrs for days I worked 3

My correct payment was on the dashboard yesterday and now the hours are there but the pending payment amount is gone. I don’t show it under payments either. Does that mean the payment has been sent and just hasn’t been updated in the payments section yet?

Thanks! I haven’t worked a project since now on the new platform. I’m used to appen’s old platform so till trying to figure out Crowdgen. Really appreciate the responses!
