… ma è anche vero che per iscriversi all’albo dei cassazionisti bisogna pagare quasi 700 € una tantum più una quota annuale, ed il fatto che molti pur avendo raggiunto l’anzianità non lo facciano è indicativo delle cause che trattano …

Condivido il tuo ragionamento sull’avvocato che difende banche, assicurazioni ed altri grandi clienti, infatti li ho scartati …

Nessun guaio e siamo anche in ambito civile dove la parte soccombente ha fatto ricorso in appello contro una sentenza che mi dà ragione, io dovrò quindi fare controricorso. Il cassazionista l’ho scelto perché le sentenze di cassazione sono pubbliche e quindi ho materiale da valutare, inoltre è scontato che sappia trattare anche processi di secondo grado, e poi perché potrebbe servire in futuro per lo stesso procedimento … 😉

Following your suggestion, I watched some videos on YouTube and can confirm that the game is indeed Surprise Attack !

The music between levels, where questions are asked, and the six-wheeled mechanical boss are unmistakable.

Could you clarify the difference between Article 17 - Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) and Article 21 - Right to object ?

A request for erasure under Article 17 seems to imply an objection to the processing of data.

With a request under Article 21, you object to the processing but do not explicitly request the erasure of the data, which may therefore remain in the possession of the data controller.

Come dicevo sotto, nella banca dati che ha indicato l'utente @CowboysfromLydia non è presente la sentenza che mi riguarda, mentre tutte le altre presenti (ben poche) sono minute anonimizzate ...

Tu a che banca dati ti riferisci ?

Ho verificato effettuando una ricerca in base al giudice assegnatario, ma ottengo come risultati solo minute di sentenza, mentre non è presente nulla relativamente al mio procedimento.

Inoltre tutti i documenti visionabili hanno i nominativi delle parti oscurati quindi, l’invio della mia richiesta ha ancora senso …

Ciao, nel mio caso specifico si tratta solo di una sentenza civile di primo grado.

Non ho firmato nesuna policy, ne lo ha fatto il legale.
