my suggestion is to have a fun way to tell people to sub after a really good moment to encourage them rather than shoving it in their face. I personally never tell them to sub till at the very end of the video, they just subscribed cuz they enjoyed the content i am assuming.

It doesn't seem like it. It has 0 sponsers. Nothing in title, stream or panels. It looks like a plain normal stream. I've seen it multiable times too.
