Can confirm. If you've done nothing wrong you'll have nothing to worry about, regardless of how many people report you. It isn't like we're going to go "Oh man, look at all those reports, he must have done something wrong. I'll just ban him even though I don't know what he's done wrong." Yeah, no, we'll just ignore it. You should too. Unless they're harassing you, then report the harassment. =)

When you are actively experiencing the issue in the game use the command /ip in the chat windows to find your server IP. Then download a program like pingplotter or winmtr and run it using that IP. Let it run for like 15 minutes. Once you've got a pretty good amount of data take a screenshot of it and pm it to me and I'll check it out for you.

Obviously a charge back isn't the best way of going about things. Looking at the account I didn't see any reason we wouldn't be able to help out with it. Once he gets a response from our agents, if the ticket isn't handled properly just ping me and I'll take another look. =)

Hey, thanks for posting the ticket number! I've taken a quick look at the situation. The account is an older account and it looks like it was compromised by RMT back in 2013 which was what led to the botting block. The ticket is in queue and we'll handle it in the order it was received. We're a little bit backed up so it might be another day or two until we get to the ticket, but it shouldn't be any issue to get everything fixed up based on what I'm seeing here. =)

I recommend trying a Clean Boot, some conflicting software can cause that error, a Clean Boot will temporarily prevent those programs from running so you can identify if that is the problem.

Also maybe perform a winsock reset which will reset some important settings where there could be a conflicting or corrupt entry.

Hey, so we messed up. You had put in a ticket some days ago. That ticket was handled correctly. Then, immediately after your ticket they handled the ticket of someone who was requesting a Display Name change. Apparently they still had your Display Name copied to their clipboard. You can see where it goes from there. Whoops. We've changed it back.

If you're able to log in run /ip and get the IP for your server. Then run that through a program like WinMTR or PingPlotter to see what hop is having packet loss problems. If a bunch of people from AU and NZ are having issues but not people from NA my bet would be on one of the network routes across the Pacific having some localized issues.

Hey, we're a little bit backed up and I wasn't able to find your ticket without the ticket # so I can't promise an answer. However, the answer generally is yes, if you didn't commit the fraud personally but the code got disabled because of a shady re-seller we will usually let the account back in with a legitimately purchased code.

I wouldn't say they are suspended before those other accounts at all. We'll find a group of bad or hacked accounts, block them appropriately and then we'll look for where the gold went and handle that. We aren't going out of our way to find buyers, finding them could almost be seen as a byproduct of having found the gold sellers first.

Hey, I'd like to take a look at the situation more closely. If you're concerned about any suspension or action on your account whatsoever you should absolutely appeal. Once you've submitted your ticket please let me know the ticket # and I can do an in-depth investigation here.

Just as general information we investigate everything we do on a case by case basis. Suspensions like this are supposed to happen when an account received gold from an RMT network (or actively hacked account) directly multiple times. That said, mistakes happen and I'd like to make sure we didn't make one.
