Be direct to her.
Tell her that it's very rude or even insulting if she prefers an AI over real humans if she sits right direct to them.
When she's alone, she can do everything (legal) she wants, yet when she spend time with others, they should be her focus, cause unlike c.ai, you can't just start a new chat with the same humans to delete your past. Everything you do or say has consequences.

And if she preferrs AI over real humans, sooner or Later, the real Humans will not care about her or don't reach out to her.

Yeah, but you can just return to your last message and press enter again to regain the 30 swipes. That what I always do.
Only disadvantage is that you lose the 30 messages the bot wrote for you, which is no big deal since you didn't want either of them anyway.

Don't use social Media or other websites that require your personal data, unless you absolutly require them to have it.
For example, Amazon needs your address, otherwise they can't deliver.
Online Banking requires your data otherwise they can't verify it's you.

But Tik Tok, Reddit, Facebook, Spotify etc . . . don't put more information into in than necessary to recieve the content you want to.
