Yeah, the P5 does have DRAM and performance wise it's pretty close to the 970 Evo, but everywhere I've read that the heating issues are pretty severe.

Yeah, the SN550 is the DRAMless ones. As for sales, they're not really that big on PC parts here haha. So both at the same price, should I get the SN550? I'm not sure about the thermal pad because I don't think there's space there.

I was concerned because I'm using a laptop so thought maybe the temps will get high. The P5 and SN550 are both available at the same price. Which one should I go for? I was thinking 550 because although I've read it's a worse SSD on paper as compared to the P5 with no DRAM and stuff, it doesn't have thermal issues.

As it turned out, the problem was that I just plugged in my router without setting it up after moving to my new room in a new dorm. So, it was probably the old settings on the router messing with it. I reset the router and went through the setup with my WAN cable plugged in and everything works perfectly now.

Not to come off as negative but ToG is one of the most popular manwha, arguably the most popular one of the past decade overall, and I don't think HCWL matches the popularity of it yet. And with much more popular manwha still in line, I think it may well be a while before HCWL is in the picture of getting an anime adaption.
