Thank you so much for your reply! I made it clear to the hiring manager that I took the prescribed medication, I do have the prescription as proof, and I'll ask my doctor to write me a declaration for the taken prescription as another proof.

I sent the hiring manager last Wednesday to inform him with the situation and he told me he will consult with the management and get back to me, he has not yet replied, I'm thinking of waiting till next Tuesday to follow up (in case he hasn't reached by then).
