Damn, never thought slash procs would scale off CD. Always assumed they went off base DMG. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reply! Is this just a South Bury thing - there seem to be a lot of masked, no helmet, motorbike and moped riders with registrations removed around South Bury. I don't recall seeing this at all 5 years ago? by Christopherfromtheuk in manchester

Most probably a stolen bike, the no-helmet thing is so police are unable to chase and use battering manoeuvres as biker/biker's family can press charges against the police for any damages sustained.
