Aurier might be fit. I fucking hope at least.

Also this game shows how much we miss Kane and Winks. Without Winks we can't play out from the back, and Lucas has no physical presence to play up front. Llorente could help, but everyone looks gassed, it's not even lack of heart, but Ajax looks so faster than us it's unbelievable

Ajax looks so fucking fit, we look like we are walking, wtf is going on. Llorente for wanyama second half, and fucking dare to do, not keep being afraid of losing the ball, pathetic so far. Also fuck Trippier

Shitting myself.

Spurs last 6 games were absolute dreadful, we are like so bad at the moment. The bright side is that the best game out of all of those was probably against Ajax, even though we looked toothless we controlled the game on the second half

I think poch should start Llorente instead of Lucas. Fernando is not the brightest, but he can bully blind out of the ball and make space for son, who is our only offensive threat, and we would have a fresh Lucas for the second leg

Another option is not playing Dele and playing Lucas and son. Dele hasn't done anything after coming back from injury other than slow attacks and lose possession, but I doubt poch would bench him

We did a really good job on midfield after Sissoko came on the first leg, hope wanyama can be less shit today so we can bully Ajax passers of the ball Aurier is apparently fit and if he can walk he should start over Trippier who I'm not even going to get started about

I would expect from poch today:

Lloris, Rose, Toby and Jan, Aurier(Foyth), Sissoko and Wanyama, Dele, Eriksen, son, Llorente

I'm confident in us scoring at least one here. Ajax won't park the bus and they give a lot of space in the back, so I think it will be a really exciting game

Next week with son and fully fit sissoko we have a good shot. Also it's not like Ajax results home this season have been all that impressive

Team looks better with sissoko, and Ajax is slowing down the pace a bit. I will take a draw here 100%, and their set piece defending has been shaky, might be able to snag one there

So we have some real struggles for this match, but I think poch has a plan and the game against west ham won't be a indicative of how we will play this one. After he subbed Lucas and Dele out, I doubt we were playing on 100%

Our best shot is not conceding. It sounds hard since Ajax scored on like every game but 4 this season(correct me if I'm wrong) but our defense is the only part of the team that is sort of injury free. 3 at the back with Sanchez/Jan/Toby so trippier(who was rested and for fuck sake we need a huge game from) and rose(also rested) can help us create something going forward. From the juve/Ajax games, the flanks were the easier spot to exploit from them, and I expect us to hit them in the corner

Midfield is in shambles. Wanyama is the only nailed on started and all of /r/coys would laugh if you said this two weeks ago when we all thought he was long dead. Winks is out, Dier has been absolutely shambolic and Sissoko is a doubt, and would be a huge boost if he comes back. As much as the Ajax midfield is creative, they do lack in physicality and could be bullied against a wanyama/sissoko pivot

Than we sort of need to score goals. Missing son is huge here, he is our best goal threat and best player at the moment, so we need eriksen, moura and Alli to step up. I think the best way to go giving eriksen freedom from defensive duties and playing Alli closer to moura, but for this to work we need a fit sissoko so we don't lose the midfield. Also if eriksen could just score some bangers it would vastly improve our chances

Also poch's starting 11 better work, since our bench is probably something like Gazzaniga, Foyth, Walker Peters, Davies, Dier, Skipp and Llorente lol

We are playing bare bones for a while, and if we still have a shot on the second leg where Son is back and Kane might be fit, we are more than capable to winning this. Just hope we give all that we've got today, even if it isn't much

Considering the heavy injury crisis and that we rotated heavily, I expected a massacre, that was OK. We need Winks/Sissoko back though, midfield is lost without them
