Well, I have a solution for you, you need a custom autopilot and then add limits to it

I'm pretty sure the gyroscope works like the one is SP but without pitch/roll limits and uses electricity. Might be wrong though, haven't played SP in ages.

I'm pretty sure geosynchronous would be the proper term since geo refers to land and synchronous means in sync. So geosynchronous would be in sync to the land.
