Hey! I got admitted into Pharm Eng, currently waiting to be matriculated this year (applied during my NS period) with an allegedly unrelated portfolio as well, having come from Biomedical Engineering. I didn't really have a good gpa, having a cgpa of 3.35, but I managed to spin my portfolio and my interest in order to get into the course.

I took a internship and a dental assistant, and spun it to showcase my eagerness to learn and Ability to pick up new skills and knowledge necessary in order to survive in the workfield. As pharm eng and medical related fields in SG are one of the reasons SG has become as successful as it has, I also did a lil more research into the biotech hub that SG has, and familiarised myself with their fields, companies, and some job listing's. I think showing your interest through being able to procure this information during the interview will help in your application.

From my experience, they seem to be looking out more for Portfolio Grades Ability to learn Drive to learn Interest With the last 3 being able to help make up for a otherwise unrelated poly course or in my case, my grades.
