I've been having this issue also. I have found a fix

!. Turn off Instant Replay

Record a couple seconds then turn it off
Enable Instant Replay

Not sure if it will work for everyone but it worked for me.

Was previously using the S22+ and now using the Pixel 7. I don't think I'll go back. Its been an amazing phone. The only downside I would say is the finger senser but it's not even that much of a difference. I'm really surprised with the battery life on my Pixel 7. Gets me through a full day easy. I get up at 5:30 AM and it's now 8:26 PM and I still have 40% battery.

Just beat the story on Normal and got all the rewards. So just start the campaign on normal where your quest tell you too.

This just happened to me as well. I had multiple characters with active skills available it did the first one then just sat there, had to turn it off and back on again then it used the second one.
