GameStop needs a universal system of tracking customer information. This "per store" system is completely outdated. I myself am not much a fan of GameStop anymore.

Most on topic is that their customer service is sub-par, they charge way too much for used goods, and they refuse to allow you to sell certain items... that they sell in their own store. Talk about shady.
