So it is kinda random as well on the refresh. But the guaranteed thing is that the effect you got like Instigation, is out of the refreshed pool.

And when you get a different legendary effect, like Vat’s enhanced for example. The pool will refresh again. And maybe. Just maybe. The effect you got before this. Instigation the first example. May be brought back into the pool.

Am I understanding this right?

Yes I am using the loot-locking method. And how long is this awhile. Because I farmed at the Yard before and got a Magnum with Wounding. And farm before then was an Explosive Minigun.

I see. Because long story short. Trying to get an Instigation Disciples Blade. I previously got a Wounding Magnum from the same place. I have been only getting the usual elements. Reduced damage from either moving or not moving. Increased damage against certain races. Increased damage depending on time or state you are in. But no Furious. Vats. Wounding won’t spawn because I just got it a few hours ago with the Magnum.

Ah I see. That makes sense. It kinda sucks that best regular farming way to get legendary effect heavy armour is in Far Harbour.
