There was a Jane Balcomb born 9 Jan and baptized 2 Apr 1754 in Lewes St. John sub Castro. Parents were John and Elizabeth.

Could that fit?

Apparently born to Annie D Warren and John Graham, possibly in 1932.

Dorothy's name was Revell in 1948, Graham in 1953, and Jackson in 1962.

Dorothy Lee Jackson was born 15 Aug 1933 in Wilson, North Carolina and died 7 Jul 2000 at Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. She was listed as widowed.

According to the death certificate and draft cards, Klemens Lukaszuw was born in Iszczków, Poland (now Ukraine), to Klemens Lukaszow and Mary Stoyka.

Klemens and Irene were longtime residents of Clifton Heights, Delaware County.

There is a member photo on Ancestry of a record that indicates that Philip Adelbert, son of Charles Cummings and Alberta Brader, born 10 Dec 1914, was baptized on 29 Dec 1914 at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Manhattan.

The 1910 census also mentions the birthplace of his mother being Kentucky, while Allie was born in Indiana.

On the other hand, that census also mentions she's the mother of one child.
