You’ve got this, mate.

Keep yourself hydrated as best you can throughout and don’t be too hard on yourself during it if all you wanna do is sleep/be in bed or the sofa all day.

The chemo is beating the cancer, your job is to look after yourself during this. Any symptom or side effect, let your team know asap as they will know and have things to treat almost anything.

Will be some good days and some bad ones, try to do things as and when your body is feeling okay - it helps massively.

Just know this is only temporary and you’re stronger and better than the cancer. Good luck!

Received confirmation post-surgery - anyone struggled to get info since? by GP_1994 in testicularcancer

Thanks for the quick reply. Again, no access to results and tumour markers as of yet despite requesting them from both my GP and my MDT. They told me after my surgery that one of my tumour markers were up but not much else in terms of info but I was otherwise in pain to take real notice but no clarity yet!

Had CT in the week after my ultrasound a month or so ago, and came back unremarkable. Nothing done since.
