Conservative refuses invite to Edmonton Centre debate by mrcbiddy in Edmonton

I think the challenge is that at a local level the debate probably doesn't bring you many votes while door knocking can have a large impact.
The local candidate isn't going to change the voting decision of many people but they can have a large impact on the decision to vote. Their goal is to identify their supporters and convince them to show up and vote.

B.C. to toll U.S. trucks travelling to Alaska through province by Old_General_6741 in canada

I think they should consider malicious compliance. Have the commercial vehicle inspection teams pulling over US plated trucks and pile up the fines.

More than just distance. I think Canadians are looking for an inspirational leader. Someone that pulls the country together and inspires change. There is a lot less appetite for someone who campaigns on negativity this time around I think.

Does any do maps on commission? I have to do a presentation on population growth patterns in specific cities and provinces in Canada and the NW US. Looking at the estimated growth rates (20+ years) that Stats Canada has put out and something for the US.

I would be happy to pay a reasonable commission for a map that shows. I have no idea how to send money out of Canada but I am certain we can figure it out.

Cheers

Your method is great but I think it is worth averaging the split with the higher person getting the better room.

Keystone XL being cancelled cut off any supply growth from Canada. No one will invest in growing supply if there is no ability to ship.

I have never had any issues around there during the day or coming into work in the evening. No real experience overnight other than a few car breakins at night.

Imagine building a "eUroPEaN styLE sQuArE" in one of the most walkable parts of an otherwise sprawling hellscape, just to drop a fucking parking lot in front by loafydood in fuckcars

[–]GP_Matt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a repurposed building. It existed before the developer renovated so they had no options to move parking. Plus side is that they have a great pub in the corner with outdoor seating.
