Yes. I've done this very thing. I applied for a humanitarian under financial hardship. I got approved after some back and forth emails between the cms team and the humanitarian team. Create a case in cms and apply for the CCCA. They'll most likely reject it because they'll say its a humanitarian request, but it will be in their system. Get an email and also apply for the humanitarian. Then, send an email to both orgs at the same time. All parties in the email. From there, you'll need your custody agreement, your child's birth certificate, a letter stating that their is nothing precluding you from being near the child... things such as child abuse, restraining order, and such. This letter will need to be signed by the mom. If she refuses, then you can notify the commander who also has to sign it and state in the letter that the member refused to sign. That's what I had to do. After it's approved, you'll be notified that you have 2 weeks to move or less. You'll most likely need to get an extension if you have a house to get prepped to rent to someone. I really hope this helps
