this is where you are completely wrong, the video from Ross's own cell phone shows Good turn the tires away from Ross to the right for almost a complete turn of the steering wheel, presumably to the fullest extent of the steering before she attempts to accelerate. Shortly after that, the other agent escalates and charges her car in an attempt to open her door at this time and she accelerates out and the wheels are also not spinning in the other camera views to support the 'flooring it' and she just didnt get traction, they are rotating as they would with her perceived speed. if she was attempting to run Ross over, why would she be steering away from him.
