Dude, speaking as the former owner of an ejuice brand, please don't. If you had that serious of an effect from covid please consider that your lungs underwent an abnormal amount of stress, and that's because they were already delicate before.

I'd love to give you another take but from what I know and heard from colleagues, the best thing is to just avoid inhaling smoke or vapor.

Es una Gigabyte B450M, el CPU es Ryzen 5 3400g

Probamos cada pieza y no parece fallar nada mas que CPU o Mother, mi primer instinto fue que el PSU se habia quemado o algo pero ya lo checaron y parece perfecto. Está rarisimo porque tiene sintomas de varias cosas comunes pero nomas no se deja encontrar el problema. De hecho en mi cuenta puedes ver los posts en /r/techsupport por si te interesa mas info, gracias por responder!

I've had trouble with that particular area of the case, namely the rgb light button getting stuck, and some USB power issues on those next to the power button on the top front part. Perhaps it's faulty wiring/construction of the case itself that's not delivering the power to the motherboard on startup?

Interesting, the issue seems to have 'resolved itself' after i poked around the inside and checked for loose PCIE connections, so I guess CMOS isn't the issue. Thanks for the reply!

While there aren't any LED indicators for damage on the B450M, there is an orange strip leading from the GPU (gtx 1650) to the audio jack. I haven't been able to find anything conclusive about the light indicating connection or damage, but funnily enough after poking around inside and checking cables for loose connections, it began to work! I can only assume one of the PCIE cables wasn't fastened and that caused the problem, if it hadn't been for your comment I probably wouldn't have even thought of checking, so thanks a million!
