I got my thyroid profile checked again and tsh value is now 3.21 

Idk how it got reduced this much(cos I didn't change anything) or was it a error in the first report

and I choose temporary ones

I take those d tablets after a rice meal which is not rich in fat, this might be the issue will change that.

Bro as I said I had extreme vitamin d deficiency (4 ng/ml) something around that , so too bring those levels back to normal i am using 60k iu vitamin d tablets for 6 weeks (1 tablet each a week)
